Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At Brand Black Jack, we prioritize your satisfaction. We offer a transparent and easy return process for both domestic and international orders.
🛍 Applicable Category: Apparel & Clothing
You may return all apparel and clothing items within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.
- Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Non-returnable: Swimsuits, lingerie, bodysuits, masks, accessories.
⚠️ Important Return Guidelines
- All returns must be initiated through our self-serve portal: Start Your Return
- Do not return to the address on the package. Use only the address provided after approval.
- Unapproved or unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
- Original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
💳 Refund via Store Credit
- Request return within 7 business days of delivery.
- After approval, provide tracking info within 7 days. Otherwise, the request will be rejected.
- Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

🔄 Exchange Policy
- Exchange accepted within 7 business days of delivery.
- Tracking must be submitted within 7 days after approval.
- If item is defective/damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.
- Requests after 48 hours will not be processed.
📦 Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition. We will not accept items that:
- Have been worn or used
- Are scratched, stained, or altered
- Are returned in damaged condition
🚚 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is on our end.
- We do not accept Freight To Collect (FTC) or Cash on Return shipments.
✅ Eligibility Check
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If the item does not meet our return standards, your request will be denied.
