Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Note: After payment verification, orders cannot be canceled or modified. However, our team will try to assist you if the order hasn’t been dispatched.

- Customized items may require additional time
(Processing times exclude weekends and holidays)
🚚 Shipping Time
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 weeks from the date of shipping
- Tracking information will be sent to your email once shipped

⏱ Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to customs, invalid addresses, local holidays, or courier issues. In rare cases, delivery may take 30–45 days depending on the country.
If your order exceeds this timeframe, you may be eligible for compensation based on our policy.
