Payment Policy



Our payment policy is very simple. Just follow few steps and after that you will be able enjoy our products & services.

We have crafted 5 different modes of payment. You can choose as per your convenience.

1. Online Payment

For online payment we accept only through Razorpay which is one of the most trusted and best payment getway for online payments and with Domestic and International Credit, Debit cards, EMIs (Credit / Debit Cards & cardless ), PayLater, Net banking from 58 banks, UPI and 8 mobile wallets, Razorpay provides the most extensive set of payment methods.

2. COD (Cash on Delivery)

Cash on Delivery Service available only for Black Jack "APPAREL & CLOTHING" Category in India only.

3. Using Paypal

Paypal Payment is available only for International Buyers.

With Paypal, you can make easy payments in few steps. Paypal is mostly quick & secure online payment service. It is world’s mainly preferred online payment gateway.

For India, we are not allowing payment through Paypal. There are number of other modes of payment (except Paypal) to opt for if you are residing in India.

4. Cheque or Demand Draft

You can pay via cheque or demand draft as well. If you want to make payment via cheque or demand draft, kindly choose for the option “Check & Demand Draft” in Payment option page.

Once your cheque or Demand Draft has been cleared, your order will be confirmed and the products will be delivered accordingly.

5. Wire Transfer

We have wire transfer (mode of payment) only for International Buyers at present.

Our return policy applies to both international & domestic level purchases.

1. Apparel & Clothing Category 

Guaranteed

You may return all apparel and clothing products within 7 days(from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or store credit. The original bag and tag should be intact and not damaged.

For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimsuits, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, masks, and accessories.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received only send to the address that our customer service provided or follow to Self-serve returns by this link - https://www.brandblackjack.com/account/login

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

We will accept the return within 7 business days from the date of delivery and after the return gets approved from our side then you will get 7 days to send the tracking details of the item you are sending us otherwise the return will get rejected.

In case there is some defect or damage or loss of parts in a product so the customer has to contact us within 48 hours after the delivery with the image of the parcel or product for proof after 48 hours if the customer contacts us then no exchange of the product will take place as per our policy.

Conditions

Products have to be in their original condition as they were delivered to you. We will not accept the products in the below conditions.

With any scratches on products
With any change in products
Damaged products

Return & Pick up

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by BLACK JACK.
